The Head of Internal Audit of the Company is held by Yan Berhen Pangondian Sitompul. He is an Indonesian citizen with approximately 20 years of experience in internal audit, risk management, and corporate governance. Prior to joining the Company, he served as Senior Auditor at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero), PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero), and as an Auditor at the Finance and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP). He was appointed as the Head of Internal Audit of the Company on July 21st, 2026.
