The scope of Samindo Resources business includes four main activities in an integrated coal mining process. The company owns the majority of shares in four subsidiaries and operates two mining concessions in the province of East Kalimantan.

He appointed as the Company's Independent Commissioner on 24 June 2024. He completed his bachelor and post graduate degrees from ITB and Université des Sciences Humaines de Strasbourg, France. He then completed his doctoral program in Université Louis Pasteur, France.
Since 2017 he is entrusted as the Head of Study Program of Institut Teknologi Sumatera. He is a member of Board of Commissioner that is not affiliated with the controling shareholders.
He was appointed as the Company’s Commissioner on 4 May 2018. He completed his education from Yonsei University in 1987.

He spent most of his career in PT KIDECO Jaya Agung. Several positions that he undertook were Manager (2004– 2012) and General Manager (2014 – 2018). He is a member of Board of Commissioner affiliated to ST International Corporation.
He was appointed as Commissioner of the Company on June 24, 2024. He graduated from Seoul National University, South Korea, in 1985.
He spent most of his career at Caterpillar Financial Services, Singapore as Managing Director in Southeast Asia (1999 - 2018). He currently serves as Investment & Credit Advisor at ST International Corporation.
He is a member of the Board of Commissioners affiliated with ST International Corporation.

He spent most of his career in KPMG Indonesia. Several positions that he undertook were Manager (2011 – 2014) and Korean Desk (2014 – 2017). Currently, he is the President Director of PT Sarana Leenoh Indonesia.

He was appointed as the Company’s Commissioner on 24 June 2024. He completed his bachelor degree from University of California, USA, on 2012.
